From now on, I can use this as a guidelines whenever I want to buy something cost high.

And if I may add, I would prefer buying something for its function (need) rather than style (want).

For example, I wouldn't mind buy a 20 years old car as long as it's a reliable brand such as BMW or Mercy.

Whatever liabilities you buy brand now today will get old anyway, and the value will drop as high as your regret!
