  1. Think of something precious I want in life, why I want it, and what can I do right now to achieve it.
  2. Think of something precious that I’ve wasted, and what can I do to prevent that to happen again.
  3. Think of someone to whom I have unresolved matter with, and then what can I do to resolve it and move on.
  4. Reflect of what I have done, see if I’m happy with them, and plan ahead.
  5. Read more about inspirational stories about people who defy the odds against them and win their life.
  6. Read inspirational quote.
  7. Spend more time with family.
  8. Think about what matters in my life.
  9. Make one person laugh every day.
  10. Put myself in other’s shoes.
